As guests make their way through the villa the spacious open-concept living room will stand out as it grants guests serene & inviting views of the paradise waiting outside. Each bedroom is designed with meticulous attention to detail with the goal of helping you connect to the ocean and its calming effects. Wake up every morning with the sound of the gentle lapping of the waves and filtered sunbeams shining through the blinds. The sunrise deck right outside is a perfect place to meditate and even practice yoga with immersive views to the horizon. As a south-facing villa, Wind Chime grants guests remarkable sunrises and cooling trade winds.
Once outside, guests will notice abundant exterior spaces which include an outdoor kitchen & dining area, sunrise patio, pergolas by the pool & at the beach, and plentiful lounging areas to relax on. Take a dip in your (heated) private pool and be mesmerized by the glimmering crystal blue waters. Glancing at the horizon, you will catch sight of the nearby cays, which you can explore on the kayaks/paddleboards included with the rental. The beach right outside is typically calm, shallow, and offers a reasonable degree of privacy -perfect for a relaxing vacation to get away from it all! Guests will be pleased by 122 ft of beach frontage on a beach with little to no foot traffic. The kids will rejoice in the shallow beach entry while the adults enjoy the pool bar, along with the soothing sound of the infinity edge’s waterfall.
Wind Chime Villa is off-the-grid, using clean, renewable energy. The villa is equipped with six Tesla Powerwalls, charged by solar during the day when solar panels are producing more electricity than the home is consuming. Powerwall then stores that energy until the home needs it, such as when solar is no longer producing at night, or when the utility grid is offline during a power outage. We’re committed to minimizing single-use plastics, giving each guest a stainless-steel water bottle that can be easily refilled at the villa’s filtered water station.
